The Healthy Connections Clinic has been established by Helen as a clinical practice providing assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for people of all ages. 

Helen is a registered clinical psychologist with a Masters in Clinical Psychology and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Helen aims to provide caring and comprehensive psychological services to people of all ages with a range of mental health concerns. She is passionate about working with clients to overcome significant challenges and feel more aligned with the person they want to be. While Helen draws on her experience implementing a range of evidence-based intervention modalities (e.g. CBT, ACT, DBT skills, Schema therapy) tailored to what works for the individual, you’ll find she has a relaxed, warm and friendly approach. She is caring and empathetic and provides a professional and safe therapeutic environment for her clients.
